    Pit Boys You must bake lamb on a spit … you  never tried a mint is not hard to do !!!Just place the lamb on a spit and bake for about 2 and a half hours depends on how the lamb is and that the lamb turns grilled constantly !We in Bosnia constantly make it … Is melts in your mouth , fingers licking!!!Bosnian style!!! and that of course that and well salted lamb inside and outside with a two big hands salt!!!

  2. This is one of my favorite vids you guys have done. The vids where its food cooking, you guys playing darts or throwing axes, just hanging out having fun. That's what BBQ is all about: Food, friends, and good times.

  3. I've had to do this out of necessity. Was going to cook a couple of roasts at a medieval event. Was told they had 2 grills. Got there and they were tiny hibachis and no oven. So I made an impromptu spit out of an outdoor umbrella pole and the foot and headboards of a bed from a junk pile in the yard. Set it up over the bonfire and it was good to go. It was a memorable learning experience. Then it became a signature of our events and I had to spit roast the meat from there on out.
