  2. Hi guys 2 questions: 1) why you use both fresh garlic and garlic powder? 2) why don't you use home made stock? It's so easy to do and so much better than the industrial one. Anyway, looks very good

  3. I just made this for the first time today, no cajun seasoning though. I also cooked it inside and I browned the onions first before I put the chuck roast in. And I will say this was GOOD! Oh yeah…..
    But seriously though, this was wonderful. I did mine for about 5 hours and it was falling appart more and more, so by the time I had it on the sandwhich it was like shredded beef. No knife needed either, I said let my tongs do all the work of seperating the meat.
