  1. Laura, do you have any tips on how best to time your meals?  If you are cooking multi things, it would be nice to have a gauge from the expert chefs like yourself as to how best to time everything. Your thoughts?

  2. they were sooo delicious!! :) I did only use one head of garlic (I have also cut it into little pieces after roasting, because I don't like biting on a bigger piece of garlic). But I really loved the taste of garlic and rosemary in the potatoes!
