  1. I'm looking for a recipe for smoking salmon on a side smoker that attaches to the grill like the one you have in the background by the wood pile. I'm looking for a teriyaki/brine cure. I caught two chinook salmon, 34.5" and 36" the other day and would like to smoke them myself, rather than taking them to a place and pay for it.

  2. I keep reading these BBQ Pit guys need a restaurant and all I'm thinking is I need a couple more BBQ's and to move out of this city and into the woods! Out door cooking is the best!

  3. You did it again. Great video. A little advice to any men watching grilling videos. To add to how sexy you are learn how to cook. Women find it very sexy. My wife goes crazy when I cook us. BBQ Pit Boys. Relationship enhancers.

  4. Love all your vids great work!  For cooking this one instead of using a pan, use tinfoil and fold up the edges to make a "boat" that will hold all the drippings.  Then you can just toss it at the end, no washing of your pan.  If you get a chance to film another salmon recipe, try out a layer of mustard just like your ribs and then after 5 mins sprinkle with a brown sugar layer. Mustard is surprisingly delicious on salmon, Mmm GUD!.  Cheers and I am going to give this one a try!
